SEAT SELECTION FOR GROUPS
- Valid for groups of 10 or more on the same booking number.
- All names must be entered on the booking before seat assignments can be made.
- Requests must be submitted minimum 21 days prior to departure, any requests within 21 days may be denied.
- To better serve you please include the following information when submitting your seat requests and we will do our best to accommodate;
- Booking number, departure date and destination
- Complete family name and first name.
- Include special request such as child, infant, wheelchair.
- Include seating preference aisle, window, near lav and seating next to specific passenger names.
- Any changes once the seat is reserved are subject to a new charge of $15.00 per person per seat each way. Reserved seats are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
- Skyservice and Sunquest reserve the right to move passengers if there are empty seats between passengers. In case of aircraft changes Skyservice will make all attempts to reassign your seat within 3 rows of your original seat.
- Exit Rows may be reserved at a charge of $35.00 each way.
