Sunquest is with you all the way! From the moment you book your vacation until you’re once again home, Sunquest will be there to offer assistance, information and advice. You just relax and enjoy all the excitement! Once You’re Booked With UsWe’ll send you trip confirmation. Approximately 3 weeks later we’ll send your “ e-documents” (e-ticket for flight, hotel voucher and transfer voucher) sent either to your personal email address or to that of your travel agent who will then direct documents to you.
Upon Arrival at Destination Airport Please proceed to the terminal, collect your bags and head outside where you’ll find your friendly, helpful Sunquest representative holding a Sunquest sign (sorry, due to government regulations we are unable to greet you inside the terminal). You’ll be welcomed and directed to the bus that will take you to your chosen hotel. Your Sunquest destination team will also provide you with an invitation to the welcome briefing and the contact numbers of our local Sunquest office.
Your Sunquest Team Caring and qualified, your Sunquest representatives are in-destination to help you, advise you, and help make your vacation unforgettable. They very much look forward to meeting you and are always just a phone call away during your vacation. Which is nice.
Welcome Briefing If you have a scheduled welcome briefing, we always recommend you attend, even if this is not your first vacation with us. The briefing gives you an opportunity to meet your Sunquest representative, an expert on the destination who will provide advice based on their first hand local knowledge. You’ll receive information on your hotel, the area, and the details on the excursions which carry Sunquest’s recommendation.
Booking Your Excursions One of the best pieces of advice we can give you is to ensure you discuss any excursion plans with your Sunquest representative (you’ll certainly want to select an adventure that carry’s Sunquest’s recommendation). Our representative will provide you with all the details on what to expect, what to wear and the like, also answering any questions you may have. This way you’ll have complete peace of mind and know your choice is the right one. Enjoy!
Sunquest Representation At Your Hotel
At your hotel, you’ll find a Sunquest board or binder which includes local office contact details, a 24-hour cell phone number and/or representative desk hours.
Departure procedure It’s important that you check with your Sunquest representative or the local office 24-hours in advance of departure for information on the scheduled pick-up time for the airport and your flight home.
