Q: How are the tickets delivered?
A: After purchasing your ticket online, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This is not your ticket. Your electronic documents are sent to your e-mail address separately, approximately a week prior to your departure. At that time, you may also print your ticket, directly from our website.
 
Q: Will I have to give my credit card information over the net?
A: Yes, it is necessary. It is just as safe using your card on our site as it is at your favourite restaurant - maybe even safer. Moreover, the rules regulating credit card usage is the same on the internet as is for other utilities. You would be responsible for no more than $50 in the event of fraud.

Q: I know that this airline has a flight for this time, but it is not listed on Sunquest Vacations. Why?
A: We only show available seats. If the flight is sold out, it will not be displayed.
